Roan Mountain Backpacking Weekend
Troop 1 is headed to the Roan Mountain area on the North Carolina and Tennessee border for an early fall backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail.
October 13-15, 2017
Zipline and Waterfalls
Troop 1 will be camping at Camp Bob Hardin near Saluda, NC the weekend of September 22-24, 2017. The weekend will be filled with action from zipline the world famous GORGE course to exploring the many waterfalls in the area.
Lake Summit 2017
Troop 1 will be camping at Lake Summit the weekend of August 18-20, 2017. Scouts will have the opportunity to work on rank and merit badge advancement while spending a great day on the water.
Paddling the Black Water
Troop 1 Edisto River Weekend
May 5-7, 2017
Our end of the year (aka the GPS) camping trip will take us to the Edisto River near Branchville, SC, where Troop1 scouts will be paddling the black water of the mighty Edisto River Trail.

April 21st-23rd
A full night of scouting! A Troop 1 “Culinary Team” special dinner will be served. Dinner is at 6:00 pm and a Court of Honor will follow.
