Being “active in your troop” requires that you attend at least 50% of the meetings and at least 50% of the camping trips since your last rank advancement. Participating in an Eagle Project may serve as a substitute for one of the meetings or camping trips.
Piggly Fest is NOT considered Service Hours, but is an obligation if a Scout wants to be part of Troop 1. It is considered a Troop or Patrol activity for rank advancement, attendance requirements, and Scout Spirit.
