Being “active in your troop” requires that you attend at least 50% of the meetings and at least 50% of the camping trips since the last rank advancement. Participating in an Eagle Project may serve as a substitution to one of the meetings or camping trips.
The Barbecue sale is NOT considered Service Hours, but an obligation if the Scout wants to be a part of Troop 1. It is considered a Troop or Patrol activity for rank advancement, attendance requirements, and Scout Spirit.
