The traditional and always popular Troop 1 Lake Moultrie to Charleston Boat ride is on for the weekend of April 30 – May 1, 2016. We will return to the waterways of Lake Moultrie and the Cooper River camping at Givens Ferry State Park on the banks of the Edisto River.

Troop 1 is headed into battle for the winter camping and backpacking weekend. We have our sights set on the Kings Mountain State and National Military Park just up the road.

Troop 1 will once again take on the challenge of conquering on skis, snowboards, skates, and foot the mountains around Boone, NC. Most all will be arranged for you, as this is a reward of sorts for all of you have accomplished thus far this scouting year.
