Troop 1 Lake Summit Weekend
August 16-18, 2024
In celebration of a successful first week of school Troop 1 will be camping at Lake Summit the weekend of August 16-18, 2024. Scouts will have the opportunity to work on rank and merit badge advancement while spending a great day on the water.
Nantahala Whitewater Rafting

The 5th Grade Webelo II’s from Pack 1 and their families will also join us. All 1st year scouts and Webolos must be accompanied by an adult.
Low Country Island Tour

Navigating the Cooper River into Charleston has always been a Troop 1 favorite. This year we have decided to start a little farther south near Edisto and we will be camping on Hutchinson Island.

Troop 1 once again will take on the challenge of conquering on skis, snowboards, skates, and foot the mountains around Boone, NC.

Troop 1 is headed to the mountains of Western North Carolina for a fall weekend that will include a 10-mile hike to Graybeard Mountain which will begin in Montreat and lead us to the top of Graybeard Mountain.
