Setzer achieves rank of Eagle Scout
Charles Setzer, 16, son of Jerry and Virginia Setzer, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
He is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent Scout Troop No. 1.
Setzer is a student at Woodberry Froest School in Orange, Virginia, where he is involved in fly fishing, competitive skeet team, ropes course instructor, yearbook photographer and hunting.
He is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent, where he participates in Acolyte.
For his Eagle Scout project, Setzer built a barrier around the bottom of two outdoor dog runs or play areas at the Spartanburg Humane Society.
This will keep the dogs from being able to dig their way out of the play area.
