Winn Haskell is the son of Kate and Edwin Haskell of Spartanburg. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout on April 13, 1999.
When he made Eagle, Winn was finishing at McCracken Junior High School, where he played in the orchestra and the chamber orchestra. He went on to Spartanburg High School that fall. At the Church of the Advent, where he was a member, he served as an acolyte and took part in the parish’s mission trips.
