After defeating the other scout teams at Camp Ho Non Wah, Troop 1 scouts were extended an invitation to compete against the staff ultimate frisbee team. The competition took place on Friday night, and the Troop 1 team made Spartanburg proud.

Subject: Staff Frisbee Game
To the members of Troop 1,
I hope all of you had a safe drive home this weekend. I speak for all of the staff when I say Friday night’s Frisbee game was by far the best game of Frisbee we have played in a while. You guys provided a challenge that for many of us was unexpected. That game could have gone either way in my opinion. Your troop has some excellent talent that shouldn’t be overlooked. I look forward to seeing your troop here again and another great game!
Yours in Scouting,
Michael “Tree” Hall
Assistant Program Director
Camp Ho Non Wah
P.S: To the scouts who were shouting “Timber!” during the game. I applaud your imagination. And to the scout who defended me the entire time excellent job to you sir.
Enjoy highlights from the game with Tyler Sturgill wearing the scout cam.
