SERVICE – February 8th at 10:15AM
Scout Sunday is a cherished tradition where our troop and pack, representing many faiths and beliefs, gather to demonstrate the 12th Point of the Scout Law. This year, we’re especially excited to announce that Eagle Scout and senior class member Evans Taylor will preach the sermon. We’ll also honor our senior class and present leadership awards.

Don’t Forget: Class A uniforms should be extra crisp and merit badges up to date on your sash!
LUNCH
No Scout Sunday is complete without Gail’s famous fried chicken, macaroni & cheese, and green beans. We will gather together in the gym to enjoy the company of each other and all that great food.
Cost at the door will be:
- Free for ages 3 and under
- $5 for ages 4-12
- $10 for all over 12.
Cash or checks payable to The Church of the Advent.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Ok Moms, we don’t ask too often, but here is your chance to help us out a little as we prepare for the lunch. Erin Strickland will be the contact point for our helpers. Please email her at emrstrickland@yahoo.com for any more details or questions.
At the conclusion of lunch, we will also need help breaking down the gym for basketball practice later in the day and the adage many hands make for light work could not be more true. We thank you very much.
